When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
Getting your test results
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- by phoning us on 01908 679111 between 11am and 3:30pm
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Questions about your results
If you know your results are back with us and you want to talk to a GP, please call us on 01908 679111 between 8am and 11am for a call back. Reception staff are not medically trained and are limited to any information they can give to you.
You can also use the Accurx service to ask a question about your results.
